I very often talk to successful people. Most people are always too busy with the business that they don’t have much time for the family. It used to be a big challenge for me as well. Until I realized that it was just a question of time management.
Delegating and giving up tasks
Delegating is becoming increasingly important in this context. It was important for me to learn not to actively deal with things by trustingly delegating the tasks. That is the secret of how I became a successful entrepreneur and happy father of a family, who can always count on the full support of his family in all projects.
Maxim Bederov graduated with top marks despite his difficulties.
One might now think that I have enjoyed the best conditions to be where I am today. But in fact, at the age of 17, I was penniless in Germany as a refugee in a small room with my parents. It took a lot of perseverance and dedication to adapt to the new environment. Above all the grammar school was much more difficult for me without knowledge of German than for my classmates. But since I don’t want to give up, I finally mastered my degree as one of the best graduates of my year.
Making it easy
In the past I did not know that many more obstacles would be put in my way. Today I know that these obstacles were important for my success today. If I had to describe myself with one word, then, as my wife always says, it would be the MAKER. And indeed, when I look at my past, I have mastered with great perseverance all the challenges that have been put in my way. This ability not to plan long, but simply to do, has brought me the best results in both my private and professional life.
At the moment I am in charge of projects that should guarantee progress for everyone and I hope that you will never tire of initiating and implementing new goals for a better, happier world. Because our highest goal should be to be effective with our best abilities and gifts. – Maxim Bederov
