Another way to plan your day in advance is to pick your clothes, so you know what you’re wearing when you leave the house. All these steps will calm your mind at night and make your morning easier.

Waking up, feeling refreshed and motivated, depends on you being well rested and ready to go. Doctors advise that 7-8 hours of sleep is essential for good health. Make sure that your room is quiet and that there are no bright lights that could affect your ability to sleep, to ensure undisturbed sleep.
Since our bodies are biologically programmed to sleep in the dark, consider using curtains to darken your room, or wearing an eye mask to help your body get a dose of rest.

It’s not enough to have a plan for what you want to do in the morning. I advise you to always stick to it. No matter how small or big the steps are to reach your goal. A morning routine is a great way to arm your body and mind for the day.
Further, I also recommend you to take part in physical activities such as running, cycling or walking. It can be a great way to improve your cardiovascular system and energize you for the day. Other ways to start your day motivated are to drink enough water or start your morning with a beloved family member or a friend.
