Delegating requires trust
Achieving a healthy balance between a family life and business leads us to the topic of delegating. Delegating requires absolute trust in one’s own employees to be able to finally let go to relax.
So you should only include people in your team who you feel completely positive about. Conversely this means: if I can´t trust my employees or a certain employee or have a permanent bad feeling about him, then it would be advisable to fire the person and hire a person who has your trust. Only through the existing trust in my employees, can I focus exclusively on my own duties and let others do their job. I don´t think longer about duties I have delegated. It is completely out of my mind until the person responsible has a question or supplies me with the result. I am relaxed and can let go with confidence.
The difficulty of letting go
If you don´t have any employees yet, even though you can´t handle the flood of tasks any longer, ask yourself what is holding you back of getting suitable employees. Is it really the case that you have not yet found a capable person to whom you can delegate tasks with confidence? Or is it actually about your basic trust in other people?
This it the other possibility if the issue of delegation does not seem to work for you. I know enough people who desperately search for the perfect employees just to stay on the same level.The great art lies within. It is important to reflect the reasons responsible for not having enough confidence in people. Have I been disappointed many times during the past? Is there a similarity to the person who last betrayed me? Nevertheless, all past experiences will not give you an insight on how someone will conduct their work.
In order to delegate tasks and letting go, it is sometimes necessary to leave past experience behind. If someone has been playing a nasty game with you before, be sure that the wheel of time is constantly turning.

Delegating is for me a requirement to have a happy life. This does not just apply in business life. Even at home everyone should have fixed tasks.
There´s always a manager who delegates tasks. For the children, it may be the mother or the father, that doesn´t matter. If everyone knows what is to be done and likes to do it, then life is much more harmonious and peaceful.
